Events

This is a module that is used for event attendance collection. It is designed to be used on a laptop for remote events. With this module you can capture who is attending the event and print name badges. At the end of the event, the data is uploaded to the main database, this provides you detailed access to event statistics (gender, race, major, class), relating to who attended the event, and the ability to produce rosters, or email everyone who attended the event. The event contact records are then associated to the individual students. This module uses bar code readers, and small name badge printers to provide a simple data collection method. The results of using this module are no long lines at event check-in, professionally looking name badges printed, but more importantly access to the detailed assessment data of exactly who is attending your events.
