Reception

The reception module is used within a front desk or reception area. This module identifies students that are arriving for appointments, mock interviews, group sessions or are simply a walk-in. Once a student is identified using this module, they are placed in a virtual waiting room. All other staff have access to view this virtual waiting room from their office desk, allowing them to see the flow of students, and who is waiting to be seen, by which staff member. This module also allows management of employers who are conducting on-site interviews.
